ABC Kids (stylised as ABC KIDS) is the name of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's part-time channel, broadcasting shows between the hours of 5am and 7pm in each local Australian market for children 6 and under. ABC Kids shares the same bandwidth as ABC2 which broadcasts outside of ABC Kids' scheduled hours and supplements the flagship ABC channel with extra adult-oriented programming. Prior to 2009, it was a programming block within the ABC (Channel Two) before receiving its own designated channel.
Despite Wiggle Bay and Whoo Hoo! Wiggly Gremlins!’s home video releases using a cropped 4:3 full screen version (except for Wiggle Bay’s Australian VHS release, which is cropped to 14:9 instead), they were broadcast in 14:9 (“halfway widescreen”) for the analog feed (the digital feed would show them in their uncropped 16:9 widescreen format), in which they are the masters that The Wiggles are currently using.
