Get ready for a day filled with dancing, music, and lots of creative fun.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Oh, hello there everyone.

It’s so good to see your smiling faces today.

I hope you’re ready for a dino-mite time.

Caterina: Oh, Dorothy, it’s always a delight to have you here. What a pleasant surprise.

And I see you have a beautiful rose.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Well, Caterina, I couldn’t resist bringing you this lovely rose.

You bring so much joy to everyone and I wanted to show you my appreciation.

Caterina: Oh, Dorothy, thank you so much.

That’s incredibly sweet of you.

In return, I have a little something for you.

Here’s a Caterina heart filled with love and gratitude.

It’s the get ready for bed routine

Good evening, Dorothy. It’s time to get ready for bed.

Time to take a bath, put on your pyjamas. It’s all part of our bedtime routine.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: I love having a bath.

Caterina: Oh, great Dorothy, because taking a bath before bed has many benefits.

It helps us relax and washes away the dirt and germs from the day.

Oh, look Dorothy. I have soap, and a towel. And your pyjamas are ready too.

I also have some bubbles and toys.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Bubbles and toys? That does sound fun!

Caterina: Oh, and I’ll be there to supervise your bath Dorothy.

Caterina: Now you’ve had your bath and put your pyjamas on, I’m going to teach you how to brush your teeth before you go to sleep.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: I’m ready to learn.

Brushing my teeth for bed sounds important.

Caterina: It definitely is Dorothy.

Let’s start by wetting our toothbrushes under the running water.

Just like we did in the morning.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Got it, Caterina.

Caterina: Great job.

Now, let’s put a small amount of toothpaste onto our toothbrushes.

Remember, just a pea-sized amount.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: I’m excited to brush my teeth again.

Caterina: Oh, that’s the spirit, Dorothy.

Now hold your toothbrush with your hand and start brushing your teeth gently using circular motions.

Don’t forget to brush all your teeth, including the ones at the back.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Like this, Caterina?

Caterina: Perfect, Dorothy! You’re doing a fantastic job.

Make sure you brush the top…

…and the bottom teeth…

…as well as your gums.

Wonderful! Now let’s move onto brushing the inside of your teeth.

Remember, those are the ones toughing your tongue.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: It still feels funny Caterina.

Caterina: It might feel that way Dorothy but it’s important to clean all parts of your teeth.

Well done! Now you can sleep peacefully knowing that your teeth are taken care of.

Caterina: Now Dorothy, before I tuck you into bed, there's something important you need to do.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Oh, what is it, Caterina?

Caterina: You need to go to the toilet before bed so you can have a comfortable and an uninterrupted sleep.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: But I don't feel like I need to go.

Caterina: Well, even if you don't feel the urge to go, it's still a good idea to try.

It's a healthy habit to empty your bladder before sleeping.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Okay, I’ll give it a try.

But what if I don’t need to go?

Caterina: Oh, that's alright Dorothy, just sit on the toilet and relax.

Sometimes a feeling comes when we're in a calm and quiet environment.

It might feel strange at first, but just take a deep breath and give it a little time.

Sometimes it takes a moment for the muscles to relax and for the feeling to come.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: Okay, I’ll try. I’ll make sure to do it every night.

Caterina: Oh, That’s the spirit, Dorothy!

And don't forget to wash your hands after you've been to the toilet.

Simon: Before you eat food

Tsehay: After you play with animals

John: And after you use the toilet

Caterina: Now, before you go to bed, let’s ready a story together.

I have found just the right book.

It’s called ‘Sleep Time’, and it’s all about how The Wiggles get ready for bed.

Dorothy the Dinosaur: I can’t wait to hear it!

Caterina: Alright Dorothy, get comfy under the covers and I’ll begin.

It is sleep time for The Wiggles, a time to rest their weary heads.

After singing songs and playing games all day, The Wiggles get ready for bed.

First they put on their pyjamas to keep them warm and cosy.

Lachy likes his pyjamas, he’s already feeling dozy.

Next The Wiggles brush their teeth so that their teeth and gums are clean.

Up and down, round and round.

Simon is like a toothbrush machine.

The Wiggles then enjoy some quiet time in the Wiggle House reading nook.

Tsehay will read them a bedtime story once Anthony picks out a book.

Finally The Wiggles go to their rooms and they switch off the light.

And before they drift off to sleep, they like to wish everyone goodnight.

Oh look, Dorothy the Dinosaur has fallen asleep. Sweet dreams, Dorothy.
