Behind the Scenes of Cold Spaghetti Western is an extra of the Australian Wiggles promo VHS release Bonus Sampler Video. It's also on the Australian/American Top of the Tots DVD. But in the UK, it was replaced by two episodes of Lights, Camera, Action, Wiggles!, due to Cold Spaghetti Western not being released in the UK.
