"Bill the Billycart" is the eighteenth episode of Series 4 and the 83rd overall episode of The Wiggles.

Join The Little Wiggles and their friends as they build a billycart and do the astronaut dance with Dorothy the Dinosaur. Go walking on the moon and go for a ride in the big red car. We can go to a Wiggly Party and then let's all Sail Around The World.

- The 22-minute version was completed on February 1st, 2005.
- The prologue is reused from Dorothy's Ballet.
- The Astronaut Dance title which was used by Playhouse Disney was later used by Sprout for the 35th episode of the 11-minute version of this series.
- During the Who's Missing? segment, Dorothy says "Wait for me!" instead of "It's me!"
