Captain's Magic Buttons is a Light, Camera, Action, Wiggles! segment. Each segment contains each Wiggle (either Greg, Murray, Jeff or Anthony) who pushes buttons that Captain Feathersword acts like different things.

Trivia

• For the first two episodes, the intro music for the segment was the same as the organ outro jingle; for the rest of the series, the intro music for the segments was replaced with an excerpt from the song "Captain's Magic Buttons".
• One of the episodes features both Murray and Jeff with Captain Feathersword.
