CGI PENGUINS ANIMATION
In the middle of the ocean, on an large, flat iceberg, lies multiple penguins- three very big penguins and a small group of smaller penguins.
One of the taller penguins bring over an large snowball to place on the ground, and the other brings over a smaller one to put on top of that. The third penguin comes in with the smallest, putting it on top of what the previous two penguins built, and places two eyes and a orange, button nose on it. The three penguins build an armless snowman.
The three penguins waddle to some other part of the flat iceberg, leaving the snowman alone.
For a few seconds, nothing happens as the cold wind blows.
The previously mentioned group of smaller penguins frantically waddle up to the snowman, completely surround it, and rapidly destroy it, which makes a large snowy dust cloud that covers the whole area.
The group of penguins waddle back a step or two as the snowy dustcloud settles down, revealing Anthony Wiggle to be standing where the snowman once was before it got destroyed. He poses like a funny statue.
Anthony has trouble falling asleep due to feeling hungry, so he makes The Food Group Pizza. He adds things like ham, peppers, tomatoes, pineapples, grapes, and cheese (which he almost forgets). While waiting for Hot-Pots The Oven to bake the pizza, Anthony listens to a song on the TV.
Song 2: Food Food Food (Oh How I Love My Food)
After the song has ended, Anthony takes the pizza out of Hot-Pots. He sees Greg and Murray sitting at the table and they told him that the smell of the pizza cooking woke them up. After seeing them disappointed that he intends to eat all of it, he decides to share the pizza with them, to their delight. Jeff walks in the kitchen and Anthony asks if he wants any pizza, but Jeff declines, saying he'll just have a glass of milk. Hot-Pots tells the viewers that milk is very good for our bones, which makes Jeff have another glass. The Awake Wiggles go back to bed after finishing the pizza and putting their dishes in the sink, while Jeff asks Hot-Pots how does milk make his bones strong. He answers that milk has calcium in it, which bones love, and Jeff says he loves cows since they provide milk, which Hot-Pots states that goats also provide milk. He also advices him to go back to sleep, as sleep is also good for bones too. Before going back to bed, Hot-Pots tells Jeff to turn on the TV so he can listen to another song, which helps him sleep. After putting the milk back in the fridge, he flips the light switch, turning the TV on.
Song 3: I Love It When It Rains
The Awake Wiggles hear a cow mooing, thinking there's a cow in Jeff's room. They realize it was Jeff mooing; he is dreaming he's a cow after he comes out of his room singing I'm a Cow. Jeff sleepwalks away and they follow him, not wanting to wake him up, as it could scare him.
CGI DUCK ANIMATION
A 30 second animation plays after this.
Out in the open in the woods, all the way to the top of the multi-floored slide, is a little, yellow duck, with beady eyes, as it quickly goes through the whole slide.
It goes through the entire slide, going downwards more and more as it gets closer to the end of it- even doing a little spin at one point, the duck.
As it gets near the end of the gargantuan slide, the duck wiggles its body as it says
"Quack, quack!"
It reaches the end of the slide and floats in mid-air for a moment, kicking its legs, before abruptly falling into a large, walled in pond that was standing before the towering slide.
The duck waddles through the medium pond before hopping off and landing on the ground. It looks around nonchalantly, before immediately waddling to a big nest standing a few inches away from the duck.
The waddling is semi-comical as despite the frantic waddling the duck is going very slowly.
It makes it and hops into the nest, instantly sitting in it fully.
As the nest shakes and spins on its own, the duck starts to quack as it looks around frequently.
"Quack, quack, quack..."
Its eyes start to comically bulge out huge as the quacking picks up the speed
"Quackquackquack, quack quackquack, quack quackquack!"
It's body is immediately lifted off the nest and to the air by a few feet as it lays an egg, a very huge egg twice the size of the duck itself, reaching over the nest. The duck immediately falls off of the egg the moment it laid it, the duck not being seen again.
Rapid drumroll as the entire giant egg rapidly wobbles and shakes in the nest, eventually forming a large line in the middle of the egg, making the top part wobble and wiggle.
The giant egg hatches with the upper half breaking off and flying off to somewhere on the ground. Standing inside of what's left of the giant egg is Anthony Wiggle, happily waving his arms as he was what made the giant egg hatch.
He looks around, even looking down at the hatched giant egg he's standing inside of, and smiles as he looks up.
The upper half of the giant egg that broke off from the egg hatching flies back down, covering the screen, in a scene transition.
(The upper half of the giant egg that fell off when Anthony hatched out of the egg the duck laid flies back in to cover the whole screen, until it falls off to the left side of the screen, with the transition taking us to the next part of the episode).
The next morning, Captain Feathersword and The Friendly Pirate Crew are feeling tired and grumpy since they didn't drink their hot milk last night due to running out of milk. Dorothy and Wags arrive and Captain Feathersword asks if they have any milk. They say no, but they're looking for a cow and they heard one mooing (not realizing that what they actually heard was Jeff). Then, everyone decides to look for the cow.
Song 4: We're Dancing With Wags The Dog
Officer Beaples is patrolling Cow Street and notices Jeff sleepwalking after hearing him mooing several times. The Awake Wiggly Group (minus Henry) arrive and Jeff wakes up asking what are they doing in his bedroom. The Awake Wiggles tell him that they've been following him and they're at Cow Street, which the sign changes to Duck Street. All the cows then turn into ducks. Captain Feathersword then asks if ducks give milk and Dorothy answers that ducks lay eggs. He says in that case, he'll have eggs for breakfast and everyone leaves while singing the Quack Quack song.
Song 5: Captain Feathersword Fell Asleep on His Pirate Ship
Back at Wigglehouse, Jeff has made hot milk for everyone. By the time he comes outside, everyone has gone to sleep. Jeff decides to drink some hot milk so he'll fall asleep too.

- This is the second time Wiggle Town is mentioned. The first time it was mentioned was in Hygiene.
- Jeff partially sings I'm a Cow while sleepwalking and dreaming he was a cow.
- Like Friends, Henry's Dance was re-edited to add more CGI bubbles on the footage.
- The songs Henry's Dance and We're Dancing With Wags The Dog have previously appeared together in Friends.
- This is the last episode to be filmed in standard definition at a 4:3 ratio and the last where The Wiggles wear the 1997-2001 long sleeved BONDS skivvies and plain black pants.
- Two years later, It was revealed their original BONDS skivvies were made out of cotton as experts warned the group that wearing these long sleeved tees over time could make tiny holes caused by their belts. This could mean according to Anthony in 2022 Today Show interview he commented: "We sweated so much in these skivvies, and at one show, Murray was sweating, and one child in the audience yelled out "Murray's melting!" and the other people in the audience thought that we might have to update them." although The Wiggles continued to wear the short-sleeved BONDS shirts on tour until 2006 when Greg retired and was replaced by Sam.
- This is the last episode where Greg is slim, from Series 3-5 he put on some weight.
- It's also the last episode with the Red Starry Guitar and Takamine Guitars, from Series 3 onwards, Maton Guitars are used.
- This is the last episode to air in the 20th century.
- It's also the last episode where Dorothy is played by Leeanne Ashley, a year before she became The Wiggles' choreographer from 2000-2007.
- This is the second time the CGI Duck egg laying animation is used to transition between one scene in another, the first being in Directions. The Duck animation is when a yellow duck quacks and waddles to a big nest to sit in and the duck lay a huge, fat, ginormous egg in it that hatches Anthony in the giant egg. In Directions, it ends with a rainbow transition and the Duck's quacking sound are different than in here. In "Cow and Ducks", the Duck's quacks are louder and it ends with a eggshell transition.
