"The Dog Catcher" was a character who appeared in the Dorothy the Dinosaur song. He answers: Now I take it, that's Dorothy the Dinosaur.
He was played Jeff Wiggle in the 1992 Dorothy the Dinosaur music video, a kid named Luke Field in Wiggle Time! (1993), played by Paul Paddick in Wiggledance!, played by Anthony's brother Paul Field in Wiggle Time! (1998) and played by Edward Rooke in The Wiggles Big Show.
