Prior to officially joining the organization full-time in 2014, Field appeared in many of the group's videos as a young child, and portrayed Little Murray in The Wiggles Show!. In addition to serving as a dancer, he has also worked as a stage and crew manager for the band's global concert tours and as a production crew member on several of the band's video specials. He also understudied for Simon Pryce during portions of the Wiggle Fun Tour and for Anthony Field during portions of The Great Wiggly Road Trip tour and the Superhero Tour.
On January 31, 2022, Field got engaged to dancer and performer Stephanie Di Coio, who also works for the Wiggles. They would later get married on October 28th, 2023.
