Fernando Jorge Moguel Jr. is Fernando Moguel Sr.'s son. He has appeared in Hoop-Dee-Doo it's a Wiggly Party, Cold Spaghetti Western, Santa's Rockin'!, You Make Me Feel Like Dancing and most recently been a Wiggly Dancer with The Wiggles on tour and in studio.
He also was the Yellow Wiggle in The Latin American Wiggles, as well as Carlos in The Kingdom Of Paramithi. He has a younger brother named Julio.
He left the Wiggles in 2010 to go back in Texas.
He is currently a children’s entertainer by the nickname of “Little Syne”, “Mr. Pendlum” and “Fernando JM” and he said it was “to inspire kids’ curiosity”. He even has his own YouTube channel by this name. He also has 3 accounts on Instagram.

- Fernando was 15 when he was the Yellow Wiggle in the Latin American version.
- However, for the core Wiggles, Tsehay still holds the record for youngest Wiggle, joining at 16.
- Fernando played Andy in Barney's Musical Castle, this was before he worked for The Wiggles and guest starred on their albums, videos and at their American concerts.
