Foodman is a minor character who debuted in the episode of the same name from Series 1 of The Wiggles, and later made a brief appearance during the prologue and video clip of "Food Food Food (Oh How I Love My Food)" from Toot Toot!

Initially portrayed as the superhero alter-ego of Anthony, he later became a completely separate person in Cold Spaghetti Western and Hot Poppin' Popcorn, performed by Paul Paddick. Anthony would later appear as the character again, accompanied by Foodgirl, in the Ready Steady Wiggle episode "Jump Like a Kangaroo" in the same manner as during the aforementioned song.
