Golden Press is apart of HarperCollinsPublishers and an owned subsidiary of The News Corporation Limited. It is a national distributor for the following publishers:

• Murdoch Books Australia

They primarily distribute mass market children’s and adult's books with a strong focus on licensed products. Over the past fifty years Golden Press has distributed many key licences including Disney, Mattel (Barbie), Barney, Sesame Street, Furby, Pingu, Miffy, Noddy, Pokemon, Powerpuff Girls, and the popular local licences Bananas in Pyjamas and the Wiggles.

Key formats include a range of colour and activity books, the internationally successful Little Golden Book and novelty products. Golden Press products are available in bookstores, variety stores, supermarkets, news agencies and toyshops.
