Trivia[]
- This was the first Wiggles album to:
- Feature guest appearances from other notable Australian celebrities.
- When the album was re-released to digital platforms as part of the Classic Wiggles series, the song "Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport" and its spoken introduction were removed due to controversies surrounding Rolf Harris in recent years.
- Feature Paul Field as a backing vocalist.
- Not feature Anthony Field as a guitarist since the self-titled debut.
- Feature guest appearances from other notable Australian celebrities.
- The song "In The Wiggles' World", which was the theme song for the group's second television series the previous year, made its studio debut on the album.
- Prior to the album's official release, "Here Come The Wiggles", "Taba Naba", "Sing With Me", "Six Months In A Leaky Boat", and "Blow Me Down" were first performed live during the Wiggly Big Show tour.
- The former song was also performed at the 1999 Carols in the Domain concert.
- "Porcupine Pie" was the only song on the album to not appear in the tie-in video special, possibly due to licensing issues.
- On the North American release, the spoken intro tracks were combined with their corresponding songs, resulting in sixteen total tracks rather than twenty-four.
- The album was nominated for the 2000 ARIA Music Award for Best Children's Album, but lost to Hi-5's Jump & Jive With Hi-5.
Mistakes and Errors[]
- Paul Paddick's surname was misspelled as "Padick" in the liner notes of the North American release.
- In the liner notes of the North American release, Don Bartley was credited for mixing the album instead of mastering it.
- On the Spotify version of the Australian release, Greg Page is not credited for writing "In The Wiggles' World", Anthony Field is not credited for writing "Here Come The Wiggles", and Jeff Fatt is not credited for writing "Let's Go (We're Riding In The Big Red Car)".
- In the liner notes of the Australian release, Greg Truman was not credited for writing "Blow Me Down" and Dominic Lindsay was not credited for writing "Here Come The Wiggles". The North American release fixed these errors, but added The Wiggles' names to the credits of the former song despite their not writing it.
