"Jingle Bells" is a traditional Christmas song performed by The Wiggles on their Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas album and video.

Transcript[]

From 1997 video[]

Murray: We're making a sleigh out of cardboard boxes. In cold countries, people use sleighs to ride over snow.

Jeff: I got scissors to cut the cardboard.

Anthony: And I've got some glue here to glue down the pieces of the sleigh.

Captain Feathersword: Wags and I are going to decorate the sleigh with tinsel!

Greg: And I'm painting the sleigh with this huge paintbrush. So why don't we sing a song about riding in a sleigh?

Epilogue from 1997 video[]

Captain Feathersword: Whoo-hoo! Oh, let's fly, Wagsy! Whoo-hoo-hoo! (Captain Feathersword & Wags ride on the cardboard sleigh & The Wiggles watch them.) Whee! Whoa-ho-ho!

Lyrics[]

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, hey
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, hey

Dashing through the snow
In a one-horse open sleigh
Over the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Bells on bobtail ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight!
