Joseph "Joe" Phillips (born August 7, 1959 in Wheaton, Illinois) is a keyboardist and music producer who worked for Lyrick Studios. He also composed the music for The Wiggles' USA Lyrick Studios VHS trailer, Wiggly Playtime VHS trailer and an electronic storybook: The Lost Joey.
