Lucy Burge (née Wiggan) (born December 26, 1990) is a Wiggly performer who made her debut in the Dorothy the Dinosaur's Beach Party video. She is one of the people who played Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, Shirley Shawn the Unicorn, Officer Beaples, and a Wiggly Dancer.
Lucy has been dancing for 19 years and has trained in all genres of dance. She is a graduate from the McDonald College of Performing Arts and ED5 International. In fact, Lucy graduated with Emma in 2009 with a Certificate IV in Performing Arts.
After completing her studies, she was offered a 6 month contract dancing on the Royal Princess, where she spent 6 months performing around the world. In 2017, she was lucky enough to be offered a contract with the Royal Caribbean cruise lines on Rhapsody of the Seas.
Some of her credits include working alongside the Director of the Sydney Dance Company, Ramon Doringo, as assistant choreographer, choreographing the Sydney International Boat Show and the Sydney Dance Company Dance Noir. In 2014, Lucy was selected as one of the 6 dance captains of the largest celebration of dance in the world Big Dance, working closely with Artistic Director of the Sydney Dance Company, Rafael Bonechela.
Lucy married her husband Ryan around 2021, she now has a son named Jackson.
