Mark Marriott is an Australian drummer and music director who performed as a musician on Dorothy the Dinosaur Meets Santa Claus, Surfer Jeff, and Taking Off. Marriott also works with John Field as a member of his live event band John Field and The Epics, along with fellow DTDMSC session musicians Phil Grove and Rowan Lane.
Marriott served as the music director and drummer on the variety entertainment program The Footy Show, and has performed and recorded with various other musical artists such as Keith Armitage, Grace Knight, and Terry Murray (both in solo performances and with The Fargone Beauties). Marriott currently performs as the drummer for popular party band The Nevilles, works as a drum teacher in Clovelly, New South Wales, and serves as the owner and director of Australian music company Apollo Music.
