Mike Gubb is an Australian keyboardist, accordionist, and music educator who appeared as a guest pianist on the song "Beach, Beach, Sandy Beach" from Getting Strong!.
Gubb has performed as a session and touring musician for new wave and pop rock band Mental As Anything and as a official member of Dog Trumpet (led by MAA members Reg Mombassa and Peter O'Doherty) and soul and funk band The Dynamic Hepnotics from 1985-1986. He has also worked on studio releases from other musical artists such as founding Wiggles member Greg Page, David Campbell, and Don Walker and has recently performed live with Dave Tice (formerly of hard rock band Buffalo) and Lloyd G and the Ambassadors.
Outside of performing as a musician, Gubb also works as a music teacher for various high schools and holds a bachelors degree in music education from Nelson College.
