Wigglehouse[]
Murray is working out on the floor and sees a big weight. He really hopes to be able to lift it someday. He then hears an advertisement for a product called the Mr. Muscleman Machine that can help him lift the weight on the radio, so he dials the number to order it, only telling them to deliver it to him. The package comes in no time being delivered by Penny Fleetfoot. After she gets past door, she gives Murray the package and leaves. After opening the package, he takes out the Mr. Muscleman Machine, which is a muscle stretcher. A note inside the box states that by exercising 15 minutes a day for a week will slowly build up his muscles. However, Murray is so excited to use his new product that he decides to instead exercise in one day until his body is strong enough to lift the big weight.
Wiggly Trivia[]
- Will Murray be strong enough to lift the great big weight?
- Is anybody strong enough to lift the great big weight?
- What will Murray do with the great big weight once he picks it up?
Meanwhile, The Non-realistic Wiggles come out and see Murray exercising. They decide to exercise as well. After Anthony struggles to pick up a rather heavy ball, Murray explains that it is a medicine ball. After a while, Murray is the only one left still exercising. Greg suggests Murray takes a break, but Murray keeps going as he really wants to lift the big weight. Greg warns Murray that it isn't a good idea to do too much exercising and Anthony also adds that it is a bad idea to lift things that are too heavy for him. Murray dismisses this and after admiring himself in the mirror, he tosses the medicine ball to Anthony, causing him to fall down. When Murray thinks he's strong enough to lift the heavy weight, the others suggest that he should rest first, but he refuses. He then asks the Non-Realistic Wiggles to bring it to him. Murray attempts to lift the big weight but fails, upset that his idea failed and now seeing that the other Wiggles are right. Later, Dorothy drops by to help The Wiggles clean up. Dorothy picks up the heavy weight like a piece of rope. The Wiggles are amazed about how strong Dorothy is. They then decide to play, and Dorothy sees the medicine ball. Without knowing it's a medicine ball, Dorothy picks it up and throws it to Murray. The medicine ball is too heavy for Murray, so he tumbles backwards into his room while holding the ball, crashing offscreen. Greg and Jeff go after Murray and try to save him, but Greg trips over the weight, hits his head on a wall, and gets knocked out, while Jeff gets his leg caught on the Mr. Muscleman Machine and falls down. Dorothy then watches Anthony juggle some apples.

Trivia[]
- This episode was filmed after "Funny Greg" and before "Anthony's Friend", making this the second episode produced.
- This is the first episode where songs from The Wiggles Big Show are shown.
- All songs are taken from The Wiggles Big Show.
- This also happens to the last two episodes.
- The live audio track of Wave to Wags is slightly different than the one heard in Wiggle Time!, such as Anthony saying "Hey everybody, how about a big clap for Wags! He's a dancing dog, and we all love him!" This means the audio most likely came from a different concert of the same Big Show Tour.
- The concert clip of Wave to Wags also appeared on the re-recording of Wiggle Time!.
- In the Wigglehouse segment, Anthony, Greg and Jeff appear after the Wiggly Trivia questions and after the commercial break (except for networks where it airs without commercial breaks like Playhouse Disney).

- This is the first time Captain Feathersword says, "Blow me down!" but it wasn't a gimmick until The Wiggles in Disneyland.
- On January 3rd 2021, the episode was uploaded on The Wiggles (YouTube channel).
