Surfer Jeff is the thirty-eighth album released by The Wiggles, and the first to feature Greg Page as a member of the band since 2006's Racing to the Rainbow. It won the 2012 ARIA Music Award for Best Children's Album.

Trivia

• "Rolling Down The Sandhills" and "Running Up The Sandhills" were the only previously released songs on the album to fully appear as originally recorded, while "C'est Wags, C'est Bon" and "Balla Balla Bambina" were re-mixed to add or remove certain instruments.
• This album was:
  • The last to feature The Manzillas on backing vocals.
  • The last studio album to feature Greg Page, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt as official members of the Wiggles until 2022's ReWiggled.
• Certain online listings of the album show the Beach Boys' "Belles of Paris" as part of the tracklist while also omitting "London Barcarolle", implying that a cover version of the former song was meant to appear on the record before ultimately being cut from the final release.
• The cover art is a reference to the Beach Boys' album Surfer Girl.
