The Beatles were a British band from the 1960s, until they broke up in 1970. Their prominent lineup consists of John Lennon (Rhythm Guitar), Paul McCartney (Bass Guitar), George Harrison (Lead Guitar), and Ringo Starr (Drums).
They are mentioned by Al Roker in Everybody Clap! Everybody Sing!. In You Make Me Feel Like Dancing, The Wiggles began dressing like them in The Shimmie Shake!. They also used The Beatles font for the drums Anthony used in that song.
On the back cover for the USA/Canadian release of Yummy Yummy (1998 video), it states that The Wiggles are the hottest music import since John, Paul, George and Ringo, who were the four members of The Beatles, this is because of the Hofner Bass that appeared in the video, it was similar to the one that Paul played in The Beatles, except in The Beatles, it was left handed, while in The Wiggles' Yummy Yummy 1998 video, it was right handed, and The Wiggles have been using that Bass ever since then in 1997-2000 and in 2008-present.
