"The Wiggles In Concert!" is a tour that took place in the USA. The Wiggles, as they did in the years 2002-2008 undertook 3 different tours each year in the USA - a spring tour in March/April, a summer tour in July/August, and a fall tour in October/November.

Trivia

• During the show in Rosemont, Illinois Anthony met chiropractor Dr. James Stoxen who helped his health to improve.
• This was also the tour where Anthony almost quit The Wiggles due to his health problems.
• This is the first tour where Greg stood behind a keyboard for Lights, Camera, Action, Wiggles!, Move Your Arms Like Henry and Hoop Dee Doo.
• The Wiggles would use the almost same set from the Lights, Camera, Action, Show!.
• The Jeff Balloon and Murray Balloon would be used during this tour.
• The Overture included custom made video intros.
• This is the third time The Wiggles wore their cowboy outfits for Spring 2004 USA and Summer 2004.
• This is the first Wiggles USA tour to have a Wiggles sign.
• The Pittsburgh, Mellon Arena show was performed until the same day as the Cold Spaghetti Western DVD was released in Australia.
• In Michigan, this would be the last time (until 2013 with Taking Off!: Live in Concert) that The Wiggles toured at Fox Theatre. Beginning in 2005 with Sailing Around the World Live! until 2012 with The Celebration Tour!, they would transition to tour at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
