Ukulele Baby! Live In Concert is a Wiggles concert from in the Australia Shows in 2011. For the shows that took place in the USA and Canada (titled "The Wiggles' Big Birthday!"), cast member Brad Carroll filled in for Jeff as he was having surgery in Australia at the time.

- For the USA and Canada tour of "Ukulele Baby! Live In Concert" (titled "The Wiggles' Big Birthday!"), Brad Carroll filled in for Jeff because he needed a heart operation because of heart troubles.
- This would be the first (and only) time in 20 years that Jeff would have had to miss any kind of shows ever since the beginning of The Wiggles.
- The Vancouver, BC Canada Queen Elizabeth Theatre show was performed until the same day as the Ukulele Baby! video and album were released in the USA and Canada.
