Universal Kids (formerly known as PBS Kids Sprout and Sprout) is a 24-hour kids and family channel that The Wiggles were a part of from 2009-2021. To promote their first week on Sprout, a new early morning programming block, Wiggly Waffle, premiered with all the Wiggles TV series' premieres on August 24, 2009. It featured Sam as the Yellow Wiggle, they also launched a new song called Sprout Around the Clock to promote their first week on Sprout and introduced a new character from the Wiggly Waffle block, Juicebox Pick.

Wiggly Waffle ran from 6am to 9am each weekday. All their TV shows aired at 4:30 pm ET on the Sprout Sharing Show. They also guest starred on the Sunny Side Up Show (including Captain Feathersword sometimes). In September 2012, Greg along with Jeff, Murray, and Anthony guest starred on the Sunny Side Up Show and sang A Frog Went A Walking, Fruit Salad, and Follow the Leader. In May 2013, Emma, Lachy and Simon along with Anthony guest starred on the Sunny Side Up Show and sang Do the Propeller! and played a guessing game about their coloured shirts.

Wiggly Waffle aired for the final time on March 22, 2013. The Wiggles left Sprout on June 14, 2015, but started airing their TV series again on June 5, 2017, before the channel rebranded as Universal Kids. Universal Kids lost the rights to The Wiggles again on August 23, 2020.

The channel is expected to close down on March 6, 2025.
