- With the exception of the shows in Canberra, Sydney, and Darling Harbour, John Pearce was absent during the tour due to taking family leave in preparation for the birth of his son.
- Seamus Field filled in for Pearce during the Adelaide shows.
- Jessie Adamo, Pearce's wife, made a guest appearance during the Sydney performance of "Baby Shark".
- Greg Page filled in for Tsehay Hawkins during the Canberra shows due to Hawkins having to travel to Ethiopia. This marked the first time in 12 years that Greg performed in live shows for children.
- Zoe Karatzovalis filled in for Evie Ferris during the Canberra and Newcastle shows due to Ferris performing her final shows with the Australian Ballet.
- For this tour, the Wiggles wore brand-new skivvies decorated with sequins.
- During all shows from Perth to Canberra, the regular Big Red Car was used. Starting with the shows in Melbourne, a brand-new electric Big Red Ute stage car was used.
- The tour marked the first time that:
- "Move Your Arms Like Henry" has been performed live since the Wiggle Around Australia Tour.
- "Who's in the Wiggle House?" has been performed live since the We're All Fruit Salad Tour.
- "Ponies" has ever been performed live.
- "Captain Feathersword" has been performed live since the Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle! Tour.
- "Captain's Magic Buttons" has been performed live since The Wiggles' 25th Anniversary Reunion Show.
- Similarly to the Holiday Party Big Show, a second, smaller stage was built within the seating area to allow the Wiggles and other characters to safely perform among the audience.
- This is the first concert tour to use a jumbotron display, albeit only for the shows at Perth.
- Jack Tori came to the Rod Laver Arena show in Melbourne, VIC.
- Joseph Paulo came to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre show in Newcastle, NSW.
- Alex Johnston came to the Qudos Bank Arena show in Sydney, NSW.
