Wiggle Town! is the fiftieth Wiggles video special that was released on March 2, 2016 in Australia, and North America on August 9, 2016.
Overview[]
Come on down to Wiggle Town! It's the only place on earth where there is a dancing Police Force, a dancing Mayor and where you can not only eat a pretzel, but 'Do the Pretzel'. Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony are giving you the keys to the town! You'll go Irish dancing, see some of our Aussie mates as you sing 'D-I-N-G-O', your feathers will be in a flap as Captain Feathersword does 'Captain's Barnyard Dance' and join our graduate of the Royal Academy of Dinosaur Dancing, Dorothy the Dinosaur, as she does her special ballet 'Dorothy Pas De Deux'. Join our special guest from the Torres Strait Islands, Christine Anu, and sing along with 'Taba Naba Style!'. Anyone who loves to sing and dance is a citizen of Wiggle Town, so come on down to Wiggle Town!

Trivia[]
- The video was originally titled "Welcome to Wiggle Town" and was first submitted for classification with a cut that was two minutes shorter than the final version. It was resubmitted months later after the title was changed and the run time was increased (both times it was classified G).[3][4]
- The video was released digitally during Leap Year Day on February 29, 2016.
- Despite credited for voicing Dorothy and Wags, Paul Paddick does only Henry’s voice. They do not speak in this video.
- This Wiggles video marks the first time in 19 years since The Wiggles Movie to have Officer Beaples speak.
- "Springtime" doesn't appear in the North American DVD, likely due to its use of AUSLAN, which went unmentioned in the song's prologue. Despite this, it appears on the iTunes release in US and Canada, and was not removed when aired on Universal Kids.
- Songs from this video can be seen in the Wiggle Town! TV Series.
- This was the last North American DVD to be slowed down, and thus low-pitched, as a way of converting PAL to NTSC, after Wiggle House and Rock & Roll Preschool (the Apples & Bananas and NCircle Go Santa Go! DVDs were also slowed down, but pitch corrected). Because of the change in speed, the run time is actually longer than the Australian DVD.
- The outfits from Racing to the Rainbow ("Rainbow of Colours") appear in Do The Pretzel.
- This is the last video to feature Clare Field until We're All Fruit Salad!: The Wiggles' Greatest Hits.
- This video marks the first appearance of the 2016-present designs of The Cartoon Wiggles.
- "Taba Naba" was later used in Duets.
- Christine Anu mentions the events of the recording of "Taba Naba" with the original Wiggles in 1999 for It's a Wiggly Wiggly World!.
- Dorothy wore the same pink tutu later in Wiggly Christmas Show.
- This is the first video of 2016.
- This video was originally going to be distributed by NCircle in North America but for some reason Kaboom!/eOne Entertainment took over last minute.
- This is Kuiam Anu-David's first video since Hoop-Dee-Doo it's a Wiggly Party, after 15 years.
- Production for this video began in April 2015.
- This is the first video to have Lachy with curly hair since Wiggle House, but in some songs he had short hair, similar to Jeff having different haircuts in Surfer Jeff.
Goofs[]
- During "Irish Stew", green screen outlines are seen around Lachy in his solo shots.
- 2 x Professor Simon segments are listed on the Australian DVD Reprint back cover, although that extra is not on the DVD.
- Although the US DVD's main distributor was Kaboom! Entertainment, the logo itself is not shown onscreen.
- Despite Springtime not appearing in the US DVD, Footage of it is still shown in the end credits.
