Trivia[]

  • Lachlan Gillespie did not appear at all in the second series of classes due to taking paternity leave following the birth of his twin daughters Lulu and Lottie. Founding member Jeff Fatt, Gillespie's predecessor as the purple Wiggle, briefly returned to fill in for him.
    • Despite being otherwise absent, Lachy still appeared in a pre-recorded intro sequence that played at the start of each video and was featured in each episode's YouTube thumbnail (via reused photos and artwork).
      • Said intro sequence is also the only appearance of Captain Feathersword in either series, as Paul Paddick was unable to travel to Sydney due to border closures in his hometown of Queensland.
  • In the first series, the only other featured performer besides the four Wiggles was guitarist/banjo player Oliver Brian, who was only heard as an offscreen musician and not seen on camera. In the second series, there are appearances from the Wiggly Dancers and the Wiggly Mascots, as well as a backing band consisting of Brian, bassist/guitarist Alex Keller, and drummer Lozz Benson.
  • The second series marks Jeff Wiggle's first appearance for kids since the Christmas Celebration tour of 2012.
  • The backdrops seen in Class 2 of the first series and the entirety of the second series were originally going to be used for Series 3 of Ready, Steady, Wiggle! before its reworking.
  • During the performance of "Can You (Point Your Fingers And Do The Twist?)" in Class 1 of the second series, Anthony exclaims "Simon's dancing like a puppet!" in reference to Pryce's then-recent reveal as the "Puppet" character on the second season of Masked Singer Australia.
