Trivia[]
General
- Canadian singer-songwriter Raffi was credited as "R Pike" in the writing credits for his song "Willaby Wallaby Woo" (which was partially renamed from "Willoughby" to "Willaby").
- Several songs on the album such as "Where Is Thumbkin" and "Yawn Yawn Yawn" were not filmed for either version of the album's accompanying video. Other songs such as "Fruit Salad" or "Ponies" would later be filmed for and released on other videos, including both the 1993 and 1998 versions of Wiggle Time!.
1994 Australian Version
- This was the first album to feature Greg Truman as a backing vocalist and drummer Tony Henry as a musician.
- This is the last album to be released by Phonogram.
1999 North American Version
- The child vocalists heard on "D.O.R.O.T.H.Y. (My Favourite Dinosaur)" were not credited.
- "Our Boat Is Rocking On The Sea", "The Chase", "Captain Feathersword", and "We're Dancing With Wags The Dog" were added to this version. The former song received a new recording while the latter two were recycled from prior albums.
- "Hot Potato", "D.O.R.O.T.H.Y. (My Favourite Dinosaur)", "The Monkey Dance", and "Numbers Rhumba" were re-recorded.
- The liner notes for this version used the American spelling of "favorite" in the title of "D.O.R.O.T.H.Y. (My Favourite Dinosaur)".
Mistakes and Errors[]
- Jeff Fatt was not credited for playing the piano, organ, or accordion on the North American release.
- Paul Paddick was not credited for backing vocals on the North American release.
- In the liner notes of the original 1994 release of the album, Dennis Lee and Larry Miyata were not credited as writers for "Willaby Wallaby Woo", Raffi was not credited as a writer for "Shake Your Sillies Out", and David Walden was not credited for writing "Numbers Rhumba" (the writer was stated as "Unknown"). The 1999 re-issue of the album only fixed the error for "Numbers Rhumba".
- The 1999 re-recording of "Hot Potato" was mistakenly used for the 2023 Vinyl re-release of the original 1994 version.
- In the liner notes of the North American release:
- John Field was not credited for co-writing "D.O.R.O.T.H.Y. (My Favourite Dinosaur)".
- Marie Field was not credited for co-writing "Butterflies Flit".
- "Veil" was credited as a traditional arrangement.
- On The Wiggles Shop listing of the 1994 Australian release:
- "Fruit Salad" was incorrectly labeled as "Mischief the Monkey".
- "Fais Do Do" was misspelled as "(Frais) Do Do".
- On the North American streaming release of the album by Koch Records on Spotify:
- "Where Is Thumbkin?" was incorrectly labeled as "Hot Potato".
